Please note: Payment at the gate and in the cafe is by cash only. Dogs are welcome in the gardens on leads – please remember to clear up after them. We do not allow picnics anywhere on the premises. No picnics/food/drink from offsite. No bikes or ball games. No unorganised photoshoots on open garden days – please contact the office for pricing for private shoots.

Wheelchair access is limited in places although there are wood-chip paths in most places. There is wheelchair access to the outdoor toilet in the kitchen garden but the indoor toilets have a couple of steps. Be aware when visiting, especially with children, that the gardens contain large areas of open water. Thank you in advance.

For the first time ever we have extended our summer open garden dates!!! The gardens are absolutely thriving during these months and we can’t wait for you to see the picturesque views! Acres of gardens and woodland walks, large borders and a multitude of roses and rare and unusual plants.
Entry £7 adult garden entry, children 5-16yrs £3. Dogs welcome on leads. Please note our gate and tearooms are cash only.
No outside food or drink permitted on site. After a good walk why not treat yourselves at our licensed tearooms which will be open all day serving hot food, drinks and homemade cakes.
AUTUMN COLOURS
TWO DAYS – Saturday, 19th October 2024 and Sunday, 20th October 2024, 10am–4pm, last entry 3pm.
