Please note: Payment at the gate and in the cafe is by cash only. Dogs are welcome in the gardens on leads – please remember to clear up after them. We do not allow picnics anywhere on the premises. Wheelchair access is only limited in places although there are wood-chip paths in most places. There is wheelchair access to the outdoor toilet in the kitchen garden but the indoor toilets have a couple of steps. Be aware when visiting, especially with children, that the gardens contain large areas of open water.
Chippenham Park Gardens will be open to the public for the whole of February from the 8th to see the snowdrop gardens. A truly unforgettable experience. With acres of lakes, woodland and walled gardens to see and a cosy Potting Shed Cafe serving hot, homemade food.
Chippenham Park Gardens will be open to the public in March when the daffodils are a sea of yellows, creams and whites. A welcome affront to the senses at a time of year when we have been starved of colour for months. Spring is an exceptional times in these gardens and not to be missed. With acres of gardens to see, new bulbs and blossoms and the cosy Potting Shed Cafe.
Chippenham Park Gardens will be open to the public for the Easter week up until Good Friday. A chance to explore the gardens once incase and our last Open Garden until June. Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on the Good Friday as usual. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment!
Chippenham Park Gardens will be open to the public on Sunday October 11th for a blaze of autumn colour. The gardens, lakes and borders are still full of colour and charm late into summer and we have Bellflower Nursery selling a selection of plants. Delicious home-made cakes, scones, coffee, tea and barbecued sausages and others refreshments are being laid on in the licensed Potting Shed Cafe.
